What happens if I need to cancel my party or dance booking?

Regarding cancellations we offer a free booking transfer service in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, accidents etc. In this case, you would need to contact us via phone or email and check for a new date that works for both parties. Once a new date has been agreed upon, they will move your deposit or full payment to the new party date or dance lesson free of charge.

However, it’s important to note that deposits & full payments are non-refundable, so if you are unable to reschedule your event or party, you may lose your deposit or full payment.
